How do I sign up for CNBI Services?
To sign up for CNBI long distance service you can go to our rates page and click on the sign up link. You will be asked a few questions and you are on your way to saving!

How do I check to see if my service with CNBI has started yet?
You can check your local telephone bill on the CNBI page or you can contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-407-2047.

Is there a minimum usage requirement?
The long distance programs marketed by Communications Network Billing Inc. does not require a minimum spending commitment.

Do I have to dial any special codes to get my low CNBI Rates?
No, you do not have to dial any special codes to access our savings, for the consumers convenience we have put a turn key long distance plan in place dial the number you are trying to call and start saving!

Should I tell my previous long distance company that I am switching?
No, your previous long distance carrier should notice that you have switched away from them. If you are paying monthly fees with this carrier, then we do recommend that you call them to cancel your account with them once you are confirmed switched to us.

How do I place an international call?
Just dial: 011 + country code + city code + local number.

What is an intrastate call?
These are calls within your state. Your state government sets part of the rate and therefore they are different from our interstate rates.

Is there a toll-free customer service number?
Yes, you can contact our experienced customer service professionals at 1-800-407-2047. Also for your convenience you can e-mail your inquires to info@comnetbillinc.com

How do I add additional lines to my account?
Please never just call your local telephone company and add a new telephone line without telling CNBI as well. Your local telephone company will not tell us about your new number(s). Your billing for the new line will not be at our low rates unless you call us and tell us of the new number(s). You can add new numbers to your account through the Add Lines link on the Rates Page of the CNBI web site

How do I cancel my account?
If you need to close your account with Communications Network Billing Inc., please send an email to info@comnetbillinc.com with your phone number, account number and the date that you would like to cancel your account. We would also like to understand why our customers leave us. So please include a note in reference to why you are leaving. If you would like a follow call from our Customer Service Professionals to verify canceled service please indicate that on your inquiry.

If you cannot e-mail a request to cancel service please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-407-2047. This way one of our representatives may provide you with an alternate method of getting the cancellation request to us.

Will I receive my CNBI charges on my local phone bill?
Yes, when you sign up for CNBI long distance services your charges will appear on the CNBI page of your local phone bill.

What are CNBI’ s international and domestic rates?
Communications Network Billing Inc. strives to provide customers with competitive long distance rates. To see the rates for our long distance services please click on the
Rates page for more information.

Why are my intrastate calls not billed at the same rate as my interstate calls?
Intrastate rates vary and can be more or less than your interstate rate. Ask your CNBI representative for your intrastate rate.
